Has anyone ever used Dynamic weapon solutions in California for Optic cutting their slide?  https://dynamicweaponsolutions.com/           If you have any experience with them on lead time, quality etc please let me know.

Yes, I have used them for a G-19. Turn around was about 2 weeks, and the ceracoat and machining were both good. I have a couple of friends who have used them as well, so far no complaints.
