I realize that there are different sizes of barrel links for a 1911. But I am having a problem of finding the size in a barrel link pin for a new Colt Defender barrel -- most are too small in size for the barrel. I do not want to stake the pin because I may want to try different barrel link sizes. Can anyone recommend a course of action -- do you an GI barrel link pin would work ? Thank you.

Never mind, my friends. While the barrel link pin was under pressure from being assembled.  It no longer is falling loose or out of the barrel, thank the gods of the 1911.
