Eh, Academy sold some during Black Friday years ago for $350 with a $50 gift card.

Bought two…and sold them after a couple years and stuck with Glocks.

The flat face trigger version of these models are next.  If you don’t care about that then snap up one of these.

Well the question is whether having a manual safety is worth the savings.

My gut says no. Good price. Not the model I’d buy though.

My guess is that they are moving to optic ready slides as the normal config now. These have to go or they won't sell after the new ones are out.

The slide on this one cannot be cut for an optic, the LCI is a long bar on top of the slide that would be in the way.  I had one a few years ago and sold it once I had the optic ready version.

Removing the safety is super easy.

Call S&W to get frame plugs.

Anyone have a lead on a 4.25" fullsize 9mm with safety or a 4" Compact 9mm with safety?

G4G has a non-manual safety model for $330.

That's stupid cheap... I run one of these in uspsa and idpa and they are great. For that price, I almost want to get another one to have as a spare... and since I'll never run optics, I probably should...

It’s also not moving. Local range has hundreds of thousands of 5.56 at .65 per and it’s just collecting dust.

PSA is giving away PMAG’s and bolt carriers basically for free if you pay their extra shitty ammo pricing.

AIM isn’t selling out on M193 ever, even below .55 per.

Everyone and their mom has $7 boxes of steel case available.

Supply is exceeding demand. Everyone put in orders for a shit ton of ammo during the panic at excessive price and now everyone is sitting on a ton of ammo they paid too much for.

I've been considering getting back into the .40 game.

I have so much brass leftover from a couple of previous .40 cal pistols that prices like these might give me the push I need to make the jump...

I picked up a non safety 4.25” for $330 shipped from G4G guns. Second M&P after my 10mm and I’m very excited I was tempted by the 5” but I’ve got a VP9L so I didn’t see the point.

$40 more but in stock:

If these go out of stock, I can just shoot what I have and go back to looking for a P322.

I considered the 2.0 5" FDE most of today but looks like the $335 ones are gone. I did see that agency has a blem threaded barrel for $135 that would go nicely....

I ordered a FS M&P 9mm with safety (which is what I wanted) for $380.43 shipped from Smokin Guns. It was listed at $355.

I'm sure the LE package with three mags and night sights will appear next for $20 cheaper.

No, but they have an actual brick & mortar storefront and get 95 good reviews at google if you do a search so they seem very legit compared to the obvious scam sites.

They are better but still not up to the level of an APEX trigger. The biggest complaint I have with the new trigger is the reset is longer than I like.

Especially when its the original 1.0 frame with the key lock hole instead of the later version with the thumb safety cuts.

That's an absolute no-go for me.

Looks like most websites have put their prices back to normal. Thankfully I was able to snag a compact 2.0 optics ready for 369.

Hopefully the prices drop again and I can get a full sized M&p to go with it. I missed my m&p 1.0 (except for the trigger).

A few years ago lots of places were selling them in the 360 range, I bought a 9mm and 40 both m2.0 compact from a local gun dealer at that price. I'd compared to online and it was the same.

Nobody ever posted a photo of their purchases.  Here is the 3.6" I got for $322.

It has a grip the size of a G19 but the slide length is between a G19 and G26.  Very slick size.

My 5" FDE came the other day. Trigger is really gritty and mushy, like wow I thought they made the trigger better from the 1.0 line but my 2.0 feels worse than my 1.0 M&P9c

Not really that good of a deal when you need to put a $170 trigger kit in a $350 gun for it to be decent
