I suspect the answer is a firm "no" but I wanted to ask.

No, and why would you want one?

They're notorious for breaking and most people with older Series 70 guns replace them out with a solid bushing.

The one on my old Series 70 govt model broke a long time ago and I replaced it with a solid one

The whole idea was not well thought out.
Collets (even with multiple 'fingers') made of steel are simply not all that flexible.

And the very thin shell puts a real premium on heat treating.

There is simply not enough space inside the slide for a collet with enough wall thickness to
tolerate the amount of movement required in operation.

I inherited a series 70 made around 1975 that has this collet bushing.

Who makes a good blued solid replacement bushing?

EGW or Wilson Combat would probably be my pics for a new barrel bushing.

EGW will custom cut a bushing to your ID and OD. Best option if you need a new bushing.
