Herretts were my first guess too - but no, nothing stamped inside the grips.

I have a set of Herrett's Model RM that look kinda similar other than the finger grooves and the covered backstrap. They aren't stamped, just a sticker inside one of the grips.
Those look like they might be Troopers with finger grooves, might try emailing Herretts. |

Sexy grips.
 I like that they cover the backstrap. I prefer a uuuuuge grip on a N frame.
