Threw up a trade offer for a nib Colt LE6920 for a Colt Combat Commander but I can’t even find any 1911s in stock anywhere. I know we have a gun shortage, but didn’t think 1911s would be completely gone. Not looking for a light weight model.

Anyone have any leads?

I just bought one of these but it has an aluminum frame which I assume you don't want. Still is very nice and blem is just some dark spots in the anodizing.

I also was browsing Brownells this morning and they have some Wilson Combat 1911s including a couple of commanders with steel frames -- but they are very pricey as you probably know. Also, 5 to 8 weeks delay so not really in stock.
