Looks interesting, and eliminates the hassles of tiny screws and different mounting patterns.  And I have a sight-pusher so no hammer-time would be necessary.

InRangeTV just had an episode looking at it, they had favorable views on it.  Seems like an easier jump in terms of training to go from irons to the Deltapoint Micro than it is to make the jump to other larger micro reflex sights with the larger windows.
