There's a couple Girsan/EAA 1911s local to me. Ones a full size .45 with all the bells and whistles, the other is a long slide 10mm. I'm kind of interested in both of them. Are they as good ad RIA?

I have pistols from both manufacturers and both brands seem to be of top wuality.  Slide to frame fit is superb, trigger pulls reasonable out of the box and both brands functioned without issue from the beginning.

I have a Girsan clone of the M9A1 compact.  Every bit as good as my Beretta.

I have their BHP clone. No complaints, very nice gun.
