National rep gunsmith shops would be Cylinder & Slide or Wilson Combat. Either one is whom *I* would use unless I knew someone semi-locally.
Personally, I love that brass bead look on a front sight. Works well too. My .o2 |

I had that exact gold bead installed by a local Smith. Turned out really nice. I would think it would be a straight forward install for any competent Smith with the ability to do machine work, etc. In other words, not just an armorer.
