I bought the 365 for a carry gun . I would suggest getting the houge rubber slip on , it feels great in the hand .
I have 350 rds thru it no real problems execpt for the third and fifth  rds as the slide didn't completely close , a foward shake snapped it closed .

Since then no problems . I am loving it !

Standard P365 with X3 night sights.

Great Concealed Carry pistol and a amazing shooter, had it with the last time at the range and cleaned 7 steel popper targets at 18 yards in just over 7 seconds, as you can guess all 1 shot knock downs. All recored on shoot timer and GoPro and by no means am I a top tier shooter.

I'm a believer!

Make sure you lube it up well before shooting.  I failed to do this and it had a bunch of return to battery issues on my first outing.  A good cleaning and some Rem oil and a couple of dabs of rail grease got it running perfectly.

100rds of Win ball and 25rds of Hornady 135HP today with zero issues. Very accurate and manageable. Pefect CCW size.
Very, very slight firing pin drag on primers.

Cleaned and ready to go.

I'm torn between the 365 & 365XL.  Does your version have a manual safety?  And do you mind sharing where you purchased at that price?

I got the 365 instead of the xl. I run with the 12 round mag always but wanted to still have the option of the 10 round mag and smaller grip if somehow I needed it. David

No manual safety with my XL.  Love the sight radius and sights on the XL.  It doesn’t hurt that it is optics ready.  Just wish that the Romeo Zero would have been in stock.  Had an order for one on Optics Planet for two months before I gave up and canceled the order.

This is where I'm at as well. I hold the XL and lean that way, then the 365 and think how easy it would be to conceal. And no, I can't afford both.

I just bought an XL with safety. Unfortunately it’s on its way back to sig as the safety was installed wrong and running on the frame. Hopefully I’ll get it back and be able to shoot it for the first time next week. I can conceal the xl as well as the smaller version in my opinion.

No external manual safety.  Purchased at a LEO/Mil supply store here in NC.

I was finally notified I could pickup my XL yesterday and ran 140 rounds through it. The last 30 Rounds were all low & left. Like 2 shoot n see 3" dots low.
I didn't like the 147 gr win T&D Ammo & it wasn't as accurate but 124gr Blazer was sweetest. The 115 gr 365 Ammo was snappier than the 124. I cleaned it & picked up some 124 HST to try again tomorrow. I' seriously considering getting the smaller version for pocket carry & putting a Holosun on the XL.

Picked up an xl the other day. I too am looking for anywhere. That the Romeo 0 may be in stock.

I put rail adapter on it for an aplc that I have on the way. Gets rid of the overbite and gives a functioning rail. I love this little gun.

Buy the XL and a standard grip module.  Then you can switch grips whenever you like.

You can pick up a standard grip module for $20.  You will also need a standard 10 round mag.

After telling myself I would never own one, I bought a p365 a couple months ago. It is an amazing little performer.

I picked up the P365 last week and ordered the P365XL grip module for it.  Outside of needing to purchase a couple 12 round magazines, it's perfect.  I like the P365 slide length and the P365XL grip.  So far I've run about 350 rounds with no issues.
This will become my EDC to replace a P220 once I get the holster.

I didn't go for the P365XL because I don't intend to put an RMR on my carry pistol and I want to cut weight/  slide length after carrying the P220 for years.  The P220 has worn holes in my pants where the slide ends...

Strangely enough a custom molded Shield leather OWB holster I had laying around fit my 365 pretty damn well.
