EGW and Wilson both make them.  I'm not sure how accurate to GI print they are though.

you looking for something specific or just a GI style?  I have some USGI 1911 parts that were expatriated from a dumpster when a unit moved.

EGW's rock, as do Cylinder and Slide's.  I have maybe six or seven of them.

Wilson's safeties tend to leave the bottom of the thumb safety hole open to the elements and "Stuff" to get into your lockworks.  The one in the picture below isn't bad, but I don't like any gap.

Try E Bay because I had some good luck and found one from a Colt 1911 Black Repro.  The Wilson-Combat is just too large and expensive. Have a good Memorial Day -- Airborne, All The Way And Then Some.

Sure, it says mil-spec, but that's the later commercial pattern thumb safety.
