So I have two breakers in a sub panel that have wires landed, but the breakers are off. They do not go to any HVAC/Water Heater/Stove/Fridge. So aside from squeezing my fat ass between the roof and trusses to trace the wire from the panel to its terminus, got any ideas for finding where it goes?

Do the throw and blow or go to a electrical distributer and buy a Kline Circuit tracer ... You'll

get two items. One will be a Battery voltage source device that you will plug onto the

wire and the other being a hand held device that will picked up the battery voltage. Maybe about

60.00 bucks

Use a circuit tracer to run them down.

Tracer or if you don’t have one turn all the breakers off except those two. Look for power.

Had one of those in my condo.  Left it off for over a decade, couldn't find it.
Replaced the carpet and found a j-box under a window.... 240v for an old 70s-era windowshaker a/c.
Covered it back up, had the carpet guy bury it again.  I'm sure the dude that bought the place is wondering what it goes to.
