If you are caught out in public without a mask or operating a business not considered essential you can be put in jail? But if your in jail for more serious crimes you can get released so you don't get sick.
Only democrats could figure this one up.

99% of the time there are no penalties
Bought the only thing they can wack you for is trespassing if you are on government land that is closed, like a playground |
