As a painting contractor I think you might find that HVLP for latex paint is a real pain in the butt.
You have to either drill out the tip compromising your spray fan pattern, or you have to water your paint down compromising your products longevity and making it easier to get sags and runs.
Either way its not the most efficient way of spaying latex finishes.
I would suggest a electric can gun like this. Its not the best but its easy to use and in your price range.

They are a pain to clean (most painting things are I suppose) but an airless paint sprayer is an amazing invention.

We have a cheap HF one, and it does a phenomenal job, We paid $159 when it was on sale a few months back. You can get them for $200 normally (assuming you use the 20% off coupon).

I find it to be worth the little extra cost.

HVLP isn't the right choice for latex. And as stated, PITA to clean. I buy the $10 horrible freight HVLP guns and do a mediocre cleaning job, and throw them away when performance takes a hit from residual build-up etc.

I just finished painting my work shed (10x20x15' tall) with an old Wagner power painter. Worked great so long as I cleaned it regularly. Go airless for latex.

This may have already been done & answered, but...  For those in the future:

https://www.lowes.com/pd/Kobalt-8-in-Air-Paint-Sprayer/1001827560

That Kobalt sprayer (there are others around), works just fine for spraying undiluted Latex paints on smaller projects.  The cup is pressurized and the pressure is not low, and it creates a lot of overspray so be mindful of that.
