Rosie O'Donnell went on a tweetstorm Tuesday night, offering $2 million to any Republican senator who would vote against the GOP tax reform bill. In one tweet, O'Donnell mentioned Sens. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) and Susan Collins (R-Maine) by name. When a Twitter user asked O'Donnell if this could actually stop the Senate from passing the bill, she doubled down, saying, "I will write them a check." Another user pointed out that giving lawmakers money to vote a certain way is bribery, but O'Donnell was having none of it and reiterated her offer of $2 million to any Republican senator who "votes no on killing Americans." |

being a "comedian" she can always say it was satire. So much for all of the people saying she's been "red pilled".

How is she even famous? Most famous people have at least some talent or good looks. She has neither.

Same reason David Gregory didn't get arrested for being in possession of a high capacity mag in DC

she could always renege on her so called promise to pay after she got the votes she wanted

As much as I would genuinely love to see her dragged out in cuffs, I don't think anyone can make an honest argument that she genuinely was trying to bribe anyone. If there is clearly no intent, then mere words are not a crime.
ETA: Bribery is a specific intent crime. That means that the prosecutor has to prove intent. Therefore satire/joking is a legit defense. A prosecutor has an ethical obligation to only charge a crime he believes he can prove beyond a reasonable doubt. She's scum, but there's no way you prove intent in this case. |

Let's see. Three times the amount is 6 mil. Now multiply that by 52 which is the number of Republican senators in the Senate all of which were offered the bribe. Fine her 312,000,000.
And lock her up for 15 years. |

What is that saying " If you are not lying, cheating, stealing, bribing, or rigging elections you can't be a Democrat"
Rosie is a Democrat to the core. |

Looks like bribery to me. But, as others said, bigger fish to fry that ain't gettin fried. So I doubt anything happens to this fat cow.

Being that the alt-left MSM has no problem with this, Trump should quote her on twitter, only he should offer 20m to flip a few Dems...then watch the msm heads explode from hypocrisy.
