So I’m 34 weeks straight of exercising a minimum of 3 days per week.  Exercise is done at home I have a good bit of weights etc.  I am certainly stronger but not as much results as I had hoped, goals are improved strength and long term health.  I’m using a workout app-Fitbod-but not sure it’s the best.

I’m looking for a better understanding of what exercises, rest periods, etc should be done.  Any pointers on where to look for better info/plans?

Look up Athletic Body on Train Heroic. Its absolutely the best program out there. Not free, but you get what you pay for. Coach Scholl uses progressive overload and gets amazing results. Try the 7 day free trail.

Do you want to look good naked?

Give 531 a go with the Boring But Big template.

Run that for about 4 cycles and see how you feel and look.

Different lifts 3-5 days a week, bench, squats, curls, etc.  got a cage now so I can work on going heavier.

Really need to improve the diet
