Jeb Bush's son George has been the land commissioner in Texas, and wanted to beat Ken Paxton and take his job as AG. Though Bush had the advantage of the Bush name, Ken Paxton beat Bush 68% to 32% for AG General run-off on May 24th...... this in spite of the fact that Ken Paxton always has ethics violations levied against him in his campaigns, even before he became AG. (btw; Ken Paxton is a good AG, and the charges are BS )

I don't know who would vote for him.

I kinda suspect globalist RINOs like Bush, McCain, and Romney are done on the national stage at least in the near future. I don't see how they are electable. Too many conservatives are completely against those types now, and when the elections were always close before I don't see how they could possibly win now having lost so much of what used to be their base.

They'll remain as governors and senators in some cases, but I don't think they are electable as president.

Came here to post this. Also, GHWB's grandson, Preston Bush, ran for an open congressional office and was blown out in the primary. Hopefully the Bush name is dead and buried.
