I’m three years removed from cell phys and biochem but thought mRNA was transcribed from a copy of DNA and then translated at the ribosome.
mRNA isn’t designed to rewrite DNA. It’s used to produce proteins. Proteins in this case such as the spike protein found on the covid shell(?). |
