As we all know, many on the right are now being labeled as domestic terrorist, for even something as simple as showing up to the Capitol on a specific date without otherwise breaking any laws. Many would argue that protesting is still protected by the 1st Amendment.
Some people, myself included, took an Oath to Defend the Constitution blah blah blah. We were forced to take this Oath by the Government we serve(d).
Some of the actions by those in charge, including members of law enforcement, are clearly not in accordance with the Constitution.
At what point does this Oath protect you from these violations? At what point could one legally consider a Politician a tyrant and not be criminally convicted of removing said tyrant by any means necessary?
I think this Oath many swore to uphold has no legal weight, thus offers nothing that could help. I might be wrong.
Lets assume that a group of Politicians wanted to abolish the 13th Ammendment, and no matter how hard the opposition fought through the soap box, ballot box and jury box, they could stop it. Would there ever be a time that it was legally acceptable for that group of Politicians to be forcefully made to stop consuming oxygen?
