Well I don't EDC it, but my RMJ shrike is a lot of fun. Although I actually need to send it back in and get them to put a new edge on it. My wife got too drunk and too mad and sent it through a glass picture frame, which was apparently enough to chip the edge

That cutting edge does not look very useful for anything but fighting.  I certainly don't EDC one but when I am out and about on the the hunting property I always have a 3lb felling ax and a good handsaw with me in the Ranger.

I have a CRKT Woods chogan for working and screwing around.

I have a CRKT Kangee should I ever consider a career in wig-splitting. I only bought it because I saw it online for $87.87; that was fate.

There was a story on the blade forums of a Mexican Federal Police officer using a winkler during an entry and saving his partners life...took the bad guy in the shoulder with it I believe.

I adapted an old nylon shoulder harness to carry a Kangee, just because...

I tightened up the factory sheath and it hangs handle-down with no retainer strap no problem, can be drawn with either hand.

3 sharp edges and a decent spike, it was made for messing things up, but it's no RMJ.
No I don't actually carry it...

My first question is how a Mexican LEO affords those prices. That must be about a months salary for them.

That hawk is my outdoors/camping EDC hawk...

I had an eagle talon but lost it and did not want to lose another expensive hawk so I got that one since it was RMJ designed.

I have the choice between a perfectly balanced antique double bit ax, a Woodsman"s Pal,
and the Estwing Camp Ax stashed behind my truck seats.
