The gimbal head is an Induro and is good quality, retails for about $450 new. The tripod is a brand I've never heard of and appears to have been discontinued quite a while back, the latest mentions I could find of it on any forums are all from around 2010. We have a forum for photo gear in the Equipment Exchange here that you could list it on, also fredmiranda.com is a photography forum with a large buy/sell section. Your best bet is probably just trying to sell it as a unit and realistically someone is just going to buy it for the head if it's priced right.
