What is the 2nd thing that really draws you in? And if it is the polar opposite it probably just wouldn't work for you no matter how hot she is.

For me it is the way she dresses. I like girls that like to dress like women.

Hot chic, that is a 'jeans and Tshirt and Vans (or worse flip flops)" girl? Forget it. Not interested.

If we are both able to support ourselves independently, then we both intuitively know that we are together because we both WANT to be, and not because someone feels like they need to be, or feels like it might be difficult to leave. If there is nothing financial or security wise holding us together, then we can be much more confident in our reasons for staying.

To me, that is a BASIC requirement for a relationship.

It's an *easy* smile. You know it's genuine, they do it a lot (points to a good nature), it just makes you want to smile back.

I don't (or didn't back in the day) mind a bit of pursuing, but the world is full of women who aren't interested in me and I don't feel like wasting my time chasing those who aren't and never will be interested in me.

Beyond that, it helps if the woman is fairly smart and interested in things I am interested in.

And character really matters to me as well. Gossip about other people and you will gossip about me. Treat people like crap and you will eventually treat me like crap. Steal from others and you will eventually steal from me. Vote Democrat and... well, you are just a shithead.

Assuming body is there, personality and intelligence. I’ve dated plenty of ‘hot’ women that were either dumber than a box of rocks or had the personality of a toad, hot only goes so far.

Personality, intelligence along with a positive attitude makes up for a lot of physical misses. Same is true for us dudes, most chicks dig guys who are smart, confident and can make them laugh over a ‘roided up douche.
