We currently are using SCCM and it is really kinda a PITA to manage and keep running. We primarily use it to remotely install software and to remotely manage PC's on our domain. What is a good alternative?

Remote Desktop Connection Manager is a good one that we use at work.

Microsoft killed support for it.

We use SCCM but thank God I don’t have to manage it. I hate that God awful product.

ETA:  If you are just looking for an RDP manager, I like Royal TS and at work I use MobaXterm.  Both work well for managing RDP and terminal sessions.

If you are looking more for some type of application packaging and pushing out updates etc, I can't offer any recommendations there.
