IIRC, if that was at the Cape, those windows faced the LC-39 launch pad and it was the Apollo 17 night launch.

I wonder what ever happened to all of the control equipment & consoles those guys were sitting at. Would love to see it all preserved as a museum, but I personally have no idea.

The old mission control room is still at Johnson Space Center. IIRC, it was used all the way into the '90's on some shuttle missions. I think it has been preserved for history.......

People contribute according to their capacity. Some are better at math than others, some have more dexterity than others.

It took a room full of girls with soldering irons to make all those electronic cards and it took a room full of ladies to sew all those space suits and specialized soft goods.

It’s sad that diversity is divisive, just honor people’s contributions for what they are. Not every one is a math whiz and that isn’t because whitey or men are keeping them down.

But the actual telemetry data that would be able to forensicly prove that we went to the moon was "accidentally destroyed" ahh well,.. we can take the governments word for it.
