What discrete gun case do you use for your AR15? Looking for some suggestions.

CDNN usually has a ton of junk and a few gems that are good deals.  I found an Eagle Ind. case there a couple years back that is perfect for an AR pistol and also carries 4 mags in the outside pouch. Has a detachable shoulder strap. Makes a great travel case for an AR pistol. Not sue if they're made or sold anymore but worth a look.

Multiple Pelican cases. Okay, so not discreet.

Wouldn't mind one for my SBR.

I use a Sneaky bags Spyder for my SBR. Damn nice bag, but they're pricey.

My 11.5” with SBA3 brace fits in this case. The quality is good, as well.

Anything longer will need to be broken down to fit.

I just bought one of these from eBay.  It is a Ncstar discrete.  It comes in tan, black, or green.  I have used a large softball bat bag I bought at a garage sale too.

Tennis racket or baseball gear/bat bag.  For AR pistols / SBR just about any bag with lengths will do.

i've done one ar-pistol using a tennis racquet case, with a closed cell foam insert.  i have multiple arfcom covert carry bags as well. they easily hold 2 pistols plus optics and magazines. they are probably "obvious to other gun guys, but the tard on the street might just think it's a keyboard case, or something.  i'm going to try some different tennis/racquetball carry bags (with a foam insert) and see which is the best fit.

I carry my MPX in a gray small book bag that looks nothing like a gun bag. I think that my wife got it from Red Rock Tactical.

wilson tennis bag
This is available in black or red at academy sports for 20 bucks, I have a few of these for my SBR's

I usually keep my rifles in pelican cases when I'm going anywhere far though.

I also have two back packs that fit broken down SBR's in them. They are slimmer back packs with dividers (I think for a laptop) and that keeps the upper/lower from bouncing around. One is oakley brand and the other is a "tactical" bag with molle webbing.

Also I have a footlocker from walmart:

I put the SBR's in the tennis bags and throw them in that box. Doesn't look "tactical" looks like I'm just hauling junk in a plastic container.

I was thinking about grabbing one of these to make the hauling easier

The one I made. Yes, I need to improve my foam cutting skills. Fits a 10.3" barrel w/ can, magnifier, and three mag bandolier in a nice compact and discreet package. Perfect road trip gun.

With a LAW Tactical folder anything becomes a discrete case. 18”x10”  day-packs work great.

5.11 Tactical 42in Double Rifle Case - It was about $100.  Easily carries two long guns.  Lots of padding between the two sections.
My intention was to carry guns+ammo.  But the size is too heavy/awkward for me to tote comfortably.  So I carry ammo in a separate pack.
It's about 4-5 inches thick.  It looks similar to an electric piano case.

An electric guitar gig bag will fit most AR15s. A bass guitar gig bag will fit most turn of the century milsurps.

Old fat guys with racquet cases scream guns. Ukulele cases, and mandolin cases can be carried by anyone.

Edit: these are pretty nice for the money, a 10.5 with a law folder fits great, and the strap has a pistol pouch as well.
