San Francisco takes first place, that's for sure. Sounds like Seattle is a close second now. NYC and DC would take second and third, in no particular order. Flint probably takes fifth, just because of the water.

For murder alone, they'll post rate per 100,000 residents, total murders per year, or murders per sq. mile.
