What are you guys paying for WSR?  $38+tax

$40/bottle

Out of staters love it because they can resell back home.

IMO, the Antique and 12yr are exponentially better.  I'd take Woodford or Buffalo Trace over SR.

Love Antique, but I've only seen it a couple of times.  I've seen a 12 year on the shelf for a raffle.

I guess the new normal price is around $40.  I was just wondering about it.  A couple of years ago I could buy it for $19.....I loved it as a daily drinker for that price.  I can think of several bottles that I prefer for much cheaper than $40.  Hopefully Wild Turkey 101 stays cheap and abundant!

Yeah, I don't see it very often.  I have several already put back in the BB!

Last year when I lived in the Memphis area I could routinely pick up a 1.75L Weller SR for $45 plus tax. It was cheap enough that I used it as a mixer.

it's not a bad bourbon at all, but there's no way I'd pay the prices some folks charge for it. Too many other options that are more affordable and good quality.

About $25 for a .75 and $45 for a 1.75

I agree with the above. WSR at current prices can stay on the shelf. My new sipping and mixing substitute is Rebel 100. Larceny is good too, but just a little on the weak side of flavor. David Nicholson Reserve is another good bourbon at a reasonable price and tends to fly under the radar.

I generally avoid all the Buffalo Trace allocated bourbons, (except Col. E H Taylor if I can find it at a sane price). I Tasted C E H T against Blanton's once in Kentucky and had a slight preference for C E H T over Blantons. Buffalo Trace bourbon itself is OK, but I won't pay a premium for it. The Buffalo Trace Distillery baseline bourbon is Benchmark, and its a decent mixing bourbon at a decent price.

Same here.  I gave away the last two .75 I found, but still, have a 1.75 downstairs.
