WOW... pretty fucked situation! Having a proper IFAK and the ability to immediately put tourniquets on themself quickly!!

HOLY SHIT! The dude at 9:19 stepping out of the APC was brutal, but as stated he immediately wrapped a TQ onto his leg dragging his foot/boot. UNREAL.
