I have the following

peltor comtac 3 daul comm single lead

3m PTT 5014-2 thios is made by them for this type of radio

Motorola cp200d

when its hook up it makes the radio broadcast singal so i cant heat others but can talk when i push the PTT button

not sure if this is the right place sorry if not

Does it work if you unplug the headset?

it does work without the headset plugged in i talk to 3m and the guy said i have all the right items to make it work

the other side can hear me but i cannot here anyone

Try the headset with another radio, if one is available.
