More than likely. Wouldn't surprise me to see them say something along the lines of "mag capacity limits don't infringe on your 2nd Amendment". Even Scalia said there could be restrictions. Hopefully I am wrong. |

They will probably take up one or both now that there are 5 conservatives on the courts. Only takes 4 to grant cert. they haven’t taken cases in the past because Roberts is a closet lib and he would fuck us in a heartbeat

Asking the Supreme Court to take a case, doesn't mean anything. It only matters if the court gives a ruling, or accepts the case and then will give a ruling.
