View Quote All she's doing is pandering. Since McConnel is out they had to find new opposition. Enter the moderate communist. Not nearly as scary as the hard core communist/socialist/asshole that is way yonder left. |

Quoted: Is anyone debating that? Or are you just stuck on Us vs Them schoolyard view of politics? View Quote Obviously we are debating it. This is the second 3-4 page Tulsi circle jerk thread in the last week. It’s about as logical as debating if one would like to be shot with a 9mm vs a .45. She isn’t a friend to the United States constitution just because she shoots a less powerful gun. She will still kill it and wants to. |

Just because she doesn’t want to put chips on peoples arms, and government cameras in everyone’s home and car doesn’t make her center left. She isn’t even close to being in the center.

Gabbard supports a common rifle weapons ban, and universal background checks on top of the checks people have to take to get their permits to begin with. Favors universal background checks.
Raise the federal minimum wage to $15/hour Supports Reparations for slavery. College should be free for those from families making less than $125,000 putting the tax burden on people like me. Support closing down existing nuclear power reactors. (retarded) Wants the government to fully fund abortion through tax dollars, but not be able to legislate it. (which makes violates my rights as a taxpayer to decide whether to participate in child murder or not, puts blood on my hands). Medicare for all. A filthy commie, just like those who donate to her. |

I love how self-identifying "conservatives" totally buy into the exact same ideology purity spiral that they laugh at in leftists and progressives.
The is the same line of thought that says nothing Jefferson ever said or did (or created) is valid or good because he owned slaves. |

So logically you can’t discount the majority of good for the bad. The majority of Tulsi’s policies are bad. We don’t need to prop up her up because she talked “reasonable” for once. She would do far more bad than good. It’s also a false equivalency to compare not voting for Trump over bumpstocks, this “purity” that screwed Trump (though I don’t agree that is did) to now wanting to prop Tulsi for being right twice a day on her broken clock of a platform. Trump is, was, and will always be way better than any democrat. Tulsi is still NOT better than any Republican rhino, and never will be. |

Quoted: no, no, I don't believe so. I've followed her for a long time. Right after she was elected she hammered Obama on his record for a number of things. The way she is now is the way she is. Yeah, she said dumb things on the campaign trail that wasn't her nor her platform but she was trying to loop in the left. The way she speaks to me sounds more Libertarian than anything. She isn't a communist or socialist, that is for sure. View Quote THIS. I believe she could be a player in a 3rd party. Maybe not president, but cabinet level. |

They; like their political choices, stick their finger in the air and see which way the wind is blowing and blindly follow their lead. Jefferson is dead and so is any slave he ever "owned". Take a stand conservatives and make it stick. Speak with one voice. You really don't need a political leader to do that. kwg |

ETA: Watch her interview with Jocko and Rogan, it was pretty good guys THIS Do you believe in massive government and socialism as long as you can keep your guns? I think just the opposite, I would give up my guns if it meant smaller government and more liberty. Of course that is impossible and we must keep our guns to protect our liberty. |

I think she was one of the few in DC that was there because she wanted to make the country better. No doubt some of her ideas aren’t anything I agree with, but I think her intentions were in the right place. If enough pro gun people hang around her, I think she might change on that subject because she does seem to be open to debate and doesn’t dig her heels in on something just because the Democratic Party tells her to.

She is sort of like the outsider of the democrat party. The only one who actually sparred with party members during the debates. She caused a stir by standing up to Hillary and made Commie-La Harris look stupid. She voted “present” on impeaching Trump which pissed her party off. That’s what o I remember her for. Not saying I would vote for her if she ran for POTUS again. At least she seemingly isn’t a puppet like SleEpY jOe.
