Top surgery, either way, is easy and cheap. Bottom surgery is involved, expensive, and you wind up with a result that barely resembles the real thing and probably doesn't work anyway. Most of them just don't do it.

I have gay friends that I almost never hear them talk about trannies or Dylan whatever. It's just never a topic that comes up.
I mentioned the Bud Light deal and most of them have never even heard of it. Yet here it's like multiple threads a day. |

Homosexuality and Transgenderism cannot survive together. One says "God made me this way" and the other says "God made me wrong." The reality is most of them (both sides) don't believe in God.....and there in lies the problem.
