My son is on beer flu lockdown at Ft Drum and he started playing New Vegas over again; half for nostalgia, and half from being bored to death with COD.
After talking with him I figured I'd dust off the old 360 version of the GOTY edition of Fallout New Vegas myself for old times sake.

Holy shit I forgot how fun this game was.  

 Just for shits and giggles I made a high luck sneaky sniper character and snuck past quarry junction at level one. Even using the stealth boy I found in the Goodsprings schoolhouse it took me about 15 tries to sneak past the deathclaws.
Went straight on to the casinos and broke the bank at each one,  then got as many implants as I could handle. Fast traveled back to Goodsprings and started playing the campaign as if I had never gone to Vegas.

Really having alot of fun with this game. Wish Bethesda would remake it.

FO NV is one of my all-time favorites

They're remaking it under the F4 engine. (As a total conversion mod)

The add-on content for NV was probably the best of any add-ons for the FO series

Yup. Suppressed 1911 from the Utah add on kicks ass. I wish 4 had guns as cool (and moderately realistic looking) as NV.

I just started playing again over weekend...

PC here and i added several mods like the Bounty Hunter 1-3, and a couple mods for houses and some weapons mods... makes the game a lot more fun again... im just running around right now havent gotten into any quests yet
