Was he saying that he was in command at the Do Lung bridge?

Mutha Fucker

Dude knew the range and didn't need the sights on the M79.

I want to play the scene. I don't want to be banned for things said during the scene.

Scene was inspired by an incident in Michael Herr’s book, Dispatches.

I swear he also had a cool, cold bit part in the “Payback” episode of Miami Vice.

Yeah.
The dude had a handlebar mustache and a custom M79 with a pistol grip and a leather leg holster. IIRC the dude cranked a round off, turned and walked away before it exploded.

So the dude knew his weapon?

Badass.

Also, RIP, Freebear.

You were always a neighbor at the Big Sandy shoots.

I never saw the M79.

He saw that Willard was a Capt. and said to him "Ain't chu?".
He did not know who was in command and couldn't have cared less.
As long as the bunker was at least semi dry, there were C Rats, dope and ass wipe available...just keep marking off the days until DEROS...

Randy Hanson ... music for the film. If you ever get the chance to see him live, don't miss it!
