Radio/Nav question. As earlier posted, new to me 2012 911 S (991). Is it worth updating the PCM/Map? Can I get Apple Car Play on factory unit if I do? If not, any major downside to new (professional done) aftermarket unit with Car Play, backup camera, etc. Thanks. |

Ended up not being anything internal. There’s a oil vapor separator that failed. It’s bypassing oil straight into the manifold and it’s cracked so it’s also covered the outside of the manifold too. I mean. Let's be honest. Color is just a concept. It is just a way for us to look at something and describe it to someone else. What I see as yellow might be blue to you. Or rather. Sure we can handle this with math. "This color occurs at this frequency of "what we call light". Shock and Vibe is a 3xx class. Fuck you it all sucks. So sure. A color of a thing. I passed on this and just upgraded the amp and speakers, kept the PCM. Feature I really miss is HD Radio. Apple Car Play is nice but I’m ok without it personally. |

Add tax, ADM (if you can't find an allocation without it) and any other features and you're likely at $220k+.
