And then the good Teachers of Color quit because they are tired of working with morans. And then you have a district of diversity hires and people too incompetent to find employment elsewhere. |

I was directly told at work (by the Associate Dean of Faculty) that if I had been African American, I would have gotten a large raise this year (about $20-$30K at least), but because I am white, I will be getting exactly ZERO.
