I was talking with one of my customers that just spent a lot of time in Saudi working on a new plant and we were talking about homebrewing and he said the chemical engineers made some great hooch in Saudi in the compounds.  He told me a long while back one of the big oil and gas companies(Exxon, Dow, etc) made this handbook and gave it out to their foreign people working in country.

Anyways, I found it interesting and figured y'all might too.
