His shrimp dat peel is spot on.
Shrimp only need to cook for 60 seconds. Then soak them in the seasoned water after it's only warm not enough to cook them more. He doesn't use any of that Ole Bay shit either. |

Turn out perfect every time. Did 50# last weekend. The perfect temp to cook shrimp (that I've found with Sous Vide) was 125ish so the water doesn't have to be hot to cook them. |
