Do you think they are going to say no standing now? Looking for link...just heard it on Real American Voice News
|

SCOTUS is not going to intervene in this. My bet is they are taking them up so they can sweep them off the table.
|
|
How much no standing can the standing stand against standing?
This point in history. |
|
|
|
They’ll say that all the cases are moot because the EC had already met and voted.
They played the standing card already. Mootness is the other star of the judicial punt team. Seen it over and over again this year, as the judicial branch shows its utter cowardice. |
|
I have to wonder if they have been threatened or if they are just scared?

Really. They are not going to do shit.
Kick it down the road, throw it in the garbage anything but rule on it. Fuck them all. |

Quoted: I have to wonder if they have been threatened or if they are just scared? View Quote https://americasvoice.news/ They were given the results of the audit today from Michigan and it's shows I think 65% error rate. This might have been what did it, plus the fact that all 4 states have done something that is against the laws the the Legislatures, in those states passed, so they could simply say that they are void in so far as "article 1, section 2" violations...plus I think Sidney is giving them other options as well. Still looking for something in writing, but that is the news link I heard it on. |

Her plaintiff's (GOP electors) had suffered no injury in fact before the elector college voted and certified said votes. GTG

SCOTUS isn't going to turn this thing around.
No one is. Get ready to live in China-lite cause that's where we are now. |
|
|
See this is how it works now.
You don't have standing because the electors haven't been seated. So, case dismissed. The electors have been seated, so it's too late for them to change that. So, case dismissed. Mazel Tov! FJB wins! See how that works. |

Fool me 67 times shame on you.
Fool me 71 times shame on me. There was no reason for the SCOTUS to pass on Texas other than to dodge it. Texas clearly has standing. Now if a red state gets stuck with a blue SOS they can make up whatever guidelines they want in defiance of the law and there will be nothing to stop them. From here on out there will be special voting rules for urban blue counties in every state. We are left with the last option - the final box. |

Quoted: I've been saying for the last week, i've never seen a political body willingly make itself irrelevant before. And yet they are. Fascinating. View Quote They do seem determined to do that very thing. Once, the Democrats get enough votes to pack the court with 100 seats, they'll wish they had been a little less spineless, but it will be too late. |

In before we get new voting methods, but since FJB has already been selected tough shit?
Why else did this happen a few months ago? https://www.businessinsider.com/usps-blockchain-patent-prevent-mail-in-voting-fraud-trump-attacks-2020-8?op=1 |

If shit kicks off, where are these higher ups going to run to? Canada? I doubt it, as we'll need to invade that shithole while we're at it. I suspect China.

Them taking 4 cases of hers feels like a stretch, and makes me question this altogether.
Hope I'm wrong. |

Likely even making sure that the bathrooms are all access, gender neutral and at least one office faces Mecca. |

I'm not getting excited about any more SCROTUS cases after they ruled that the rule of law is dead and themselves irrelevant.
|

The USSC is not the final word.
They have bailed on legal and constitutional issues. |

Are we still pretending that a case showing up on the SCOTUS website docket search means that it will be heard?
Didn't pan out for the original jurisdiction Texas case that was denied leave to file, or the appealed Kelly/Parnell case that was not granted cert. |

Quoted: Them taking 4 cases of hers feels like a stretch, and makes me question this altogether. Hope I'm wrong. View Quote I don't think they took the cases as it appears that every appeal gets a docket number. You can see this on a search for all granted cases. The docket numbers skip frequently, and sometimes in large chunks. |
