Wow, what a nutty past 48 hrs...
Power went out at 12:30 am Wednesday and was out till 3:30am this morning. I had to rent a refer truck to put all the food in. Then opened up today normal time and launched a couple new menu items. We did weekend numbers today on a skeleton crew. I’m beat. Onion rings.  Rodeo cheeseburger.  Bbq Chicken sandwich.  And we officially launched the sourdough pancakes.
