fat is gross, thought it was nasty as a teen 35 years later feel the same. No fat person doesnt wish they were thin, even if they. claim otherwise. I need to lose 20 and Iam disgusted with myself. 175 until 40 and these 20 have crept up on me at 53.

Body positivity was started so people could be look at parts of their body and not feel ashamed. A birthmark on the side the face. A deformity to an appendage. Stuff that just happens.
It’s not to be embracing fat. Not that I’m skinny. But I’m not out there normalizing my fatness (5’11” at 240lb). |
