I feel like an idiot.  I received the Tech Authority USB for a 2019 Chrysler today.  I can't figure out how to get it out of the plastic card that it is stuck into.  It looks like I maybe ought to use a razor blade or an X-Acto knife to cut an unmarked seal.  But I just spent a bazillion dollars for this thing and don't want to ruin it.  

Yeah, it came with instructions.  But the instructions tell me how to unlock the data--once I get it inserted into my computer.  Thanks.
