It's been a while since I have had any standard Old Forester so can't really compare but the 1897 is awesome IMO.

Kind of pricey for me but I splurge every now and then.

1 oz lemon juice
2 oz orange juice
1.25 oz Bourbon (1792 small batch this time)
1.25 oz Banana liqueur (I like 99 proof 99 bananas).
Shaken over ice.
