Been looking into this and wanted to see if anyone has come up with or found a good wireless thermometer for smoking?

I know I need to go and look at Amazingribs.com but thought I'd ask here also and see what you all have to say.

After all I tried to get a recipe for summer sausage there but was told that it's cold smoked??? I guess I have been eating it raw all my life. Thanks!
