Updates
============== - removed image linking from other sites for now. Will review BW usage and adjust as needed. Requested sites are already in the list to be allowed. - login for mobile moved to main login page. We had some attacks target this side login over the past 2 months and for security sake, we are sticking to a single login location. - updated archives to run more smoothly and avoid more timeouts and slowness - moved to a new load balancer - moved to new server setup (help with performance) Few minor things as well. The server issue the other day was related to the host and cleared up on it's own. We've let them know we were impacted to try to get more info. The login change wasn't something I wanted to do, but the sheer volume of attacks over the holidays led to the decision. I realize it's an extra step, but hopefully it helps enough to offset the change. |

-login for mobile moved to main login page. Should it take me back to the forum I clicked the login link from after login? e.g. if i am in hometown forum, click login, sign in at main page, it just takes me to ar15.com instead of back to hometown forum. (not that it should matter but my browser never recovered from cookie fiasco a while back and they won't delete/clear so using private browsing to login and use site) edit: it returns me to hometown forum if tablet rotated and in landscape mode but not when in my typical portrait mode |

| Hey Goatboy is there a reason that submitting a new thread drops you back in GD and not in the thread you just created? I know it has been like that since the site revamp but I'd still prefer it the old way. |
