Jericho.

1.5 seasons, with the short 2nd season phoned in due to the writer's strike.

I love that show, I watch through it yearly. Even 10 years after it aired, the fan base is still going strong and is actively pushing for a reboot. The 2nd season only happened because fans sent in thousands of pounds of peanuts to CBS execs (a reference to the WW2 'Nuts' line that is brought up in the show).

Still hoping CBS brings it back as an online-exclusive for All Access. There's some evidence to indicate it's a possibility, such as them revoking the rights for any more seasons of the comic books that continued the story line after the show.

The Wizard, from 1986 or 7.....

Plot
Simon McKay is a genius and inventor with dwarfism who chooses to spend his life as a philanthropist and innovative toymaker dedicated to preserving and protecting innocence. CIC agent Alex Jagger is assigned to protect Simon from the evil forces who wish to use Simon's genius for their own nefarious purposes. They are soon joined by Simon's long time friend, Tillie Russell. Simon, Alex, and Tillie become a family unit working together through adventure and adversity, especially when it comes to defeating Simon's self-proclaimed arch-enemy, Troyan, who would rather seek revenge upon the world for his suffering from the radiation poisoning he brought upon himself than take responsibility for his own actions.

The Beast, which was Patrick Swayze's (R.I.P.) last role.

The Beast is an American crime drama series starring Patrick Swayze and Travis Fimmel. The series, which only ran for one season, debuted on A&E Network. It was Swayze's final acting performance before his death in 2009. Despite receiving largely positive reviews from critics, it garnered only lukewarm viewing figures.

I liked a show called Key West in the early 90s.  Looking it up, it was 13 episodes in 1993.  Jennifer Tilly was gorgeous to me back then.

Sucks that Stephen Collins ended up being a creep in real life

One that has not been mentioned yet: Special Unit 2.  Secret branch of the Chicago PD that investigates attacks by mythical creatures.  http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0268094/

It lasted two seasons and you can find the episodes are on youtube.

A comedy about survivors of a nuclear war that aired on Fox for about 3 months back in 1992. No idea why, but I happened to watch a couple of episodes of it

Before Lucifer, the lead actor had a USA Network show called Rush.  He played a private doctor for the rich.  Ten episodes in 2014.  My wife and I enjoyed it.

There was a show on I believe CBS in the late '90s or early '00s and I believe it came out shortly after the super bowl, because I remember it being advertised.

I think it only lasted 3 episodes. I rather liked it. Can't remember the name, I thought it was something simple, like "The Line" but I am thinking it was about an under cover cop who was involved with some organized crime. I remember the main bad guy was kind of a nerdy looking middle aged dude, but his actions were pretty sinister.

I was pretty sucked in, and then the show just disappeared off the air after a few episodes. I guess it must have had very poor viewership because they had
To have shot more than 3 episodes.

I didn't read the whole thread to see if it was mentioned but I vote for "Hard Time on Planet Earth" late '80s series about an alien soldier on Earth with his flying eyeball sidekick thing (think Ghost from the Destiny video games). In one episode he joined the US Army to see how it compared to service in his alien army.

My favorite episode had them creating bombs for the chopper.

They took mason jars and put grenades in them with the pin pulled.  The glass jar held the spoon down until it shattered.

They flew over a boat out of gun range and dropped these bombs on them, disabling it.

Yep, Castle was awesome, but once Stana Katic was done, the show flopped.

The tension between them and their stupid relationship killed it.
