Oops. I made a correction. These are 6 weeks old not 6 months!
 I'm at the shelter tonight picking up @44-40pro's dog Blaze. I talked to the ACO on the phone. Apparently tomorrow there are 8, 6 WEEK old puppies getting dropped off. They are said to be GSD/Golden Retriever mixes. No pics of the pups yet but I might be able to get first pic. ETA: Here is a partial list for those being contacted about the pups. I am working my way slowly down it. There has been a huge response so I am not initially posting the whole list. As members are contacted and approved their choice of pup will appear next to their name. These are listed in chronological order and I'm trying to be as fair as possible. Bear with me. NoahFN, Tucker Vengarr, Jolene Jerrwhy01, Ginger ThePewColletor, Jewelsl PWA-Commando, Hazel Grimes, Penny Snackgunner, Honey Nandoz (male) DubyaB, Theskuh, Idpapaperoperator, This list will be updated. ETA: due to a bookkeeping error on my part a change has been made. It shouldn't affect things. |

If the pups get along with other dogs, are house trained, and are not vicious I'm interested. I have a bored 2.5 year old lab at home that needs a buddy.
We tried the shelter route last year around this time but the dog turned on me and bit me pretty well; that's not something I can have. |

Pups are not yet at the shelter. The ACO will send me pics when they arrive. I might swing by this afternoon to get my own pics and assign genders.

My mom is a disabled vet and her therapist recomended she get a dog but no one will even consider letting her fill out paperwork since we don't have a fenced in yard. But we have a nice park right at the end of the street and between the four adults living here, the dog would have all it's needs taken care of. Does anyone have any ideas on what we could do?

since I originally mistakenly posted the pups were six months old instead of their actual age of 6 weeks, I wanted to make sure that everyone that expressed interest was aware of this. Could you please check in and let me know you understand the dog actual age.
