So one of my companies has brought a law enforcement software product to market and is raising a seed round.  We are only interested in working with ethical VCs and angels.  
Aside from calling up other founders that have worked with VCs, does anyone have advice for screening VCs and angels?

The market is changing and all that money is drying up quick. My advice is hurry up while it might still be there.
