This is a revolting development. Oh well, the wait continues.
ETA; I did like one comment on the Seeking Alpha story about this incident. the poster said, "The SEC can't even protect their own Twitter account, how are they supposed to protect investors." |

Then the SEC announced their account was hacked and the announcement “was not authorized”…on the same account.
 Last Call (CNBC) will probably have more…they’re leading with it. |

Key takeaway: if you don’t already own any BTC, it’s probably too late: the price jumped when the fake news broke and turned around up ~$2,000 when the announcement was said to be fake.
