Lee does not retreat -- he has a ranged weapon in his hand and stays within effective range. In response to the gun, to prevent being incapacitated by OC, or because Lee's slap achieved its' purpose Doloff draws and fires. Any chance Doloff has at claiming self-defense is going to have major complications due to him being a PANTIFA unlicensed security at a pro-police rally and I expect the charges will get plead down quite a bit, but he will be a felon and spend years behind bars. Unless the conspiracy theories of collaboration are actually true then it's real prison time. Disclaimer that will be ignored: This is based only on what is publicly available.
